We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and location. For Helpers, we also collect work type preferences, availability, and geographic coordinates for dispatch matching. For contractors, we collect company information and default work locations.2. Payment Information
Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. Riggo does not store full credit card numbers or bank account details. We store Stripe payment intent IDs and Stripe Connect account IDs to facilitate payments and payouts. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.3. Location Data
Helpers provide a home location to enable geographic dispatch matching. Contractors provide task locations for the same purpose. Location data is used only within the platform for matching and geofencing purposes. We do not sell location data to third parties.4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- match Helpers with nearby tasks
- process payments and payouts
- send task alerts and platform notifications
- calculate earnings and generate tax-relevant records
- maintain platform safety and prevent fraud5. Push Notifications
We use OneSignal to send push notifications for task alerts, task updates, and payment confirmations. You can opt out of push notifications in your device settings at any time. Opting out may affect time-sensitive alerts.6. Data Sharing
We share limited profile information between matched contractors and Helpers to facilitate task completion. We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers such as Stripe and OneSignal only as necessary to operate the platform.7. Tax Records
Riggo maintains earnings records for all Helpers. Helpers who earn $600 or more in a calendar year may receive a 1099-NEC form as required by law. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and reporting of your earnings as required.8. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records and ledger entries are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to retention requirements.9. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure third-party payment processing. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.10. Your Rights
